Crockpot Caramel Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Recipe By The Spruce Eats

When it comes to meal prep, especially around the holidays, freeing up stovetop or oven space can seriously help matters. These crockpot sweet potatoes are sliced and cooked with brown sugar and cinnamon (of course) and develop a caramel-like glaze. The cinnamon adds just the right amount of spice to the brown sugar sauce. While these cook away all day, your oven is free for whatever else you need to use it for, such as the turkey or ham.
