8 Nos Slices white bread, without crust and cut into small cubes
0.5 Cups Castor sugar
0.5 Tsp ground cinnamon (cinnamon powder)
3 Nos Whole large eggs at room temperature
2 Cups Milk (

0.25 Cups Melted butter
1 Tsp Orange zest

Method
STEP 1.Cut the crust off the slices of bread.

STEP 1.Cut each bread slice into 4 squares and keep aside.

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add sugar and ground cinnamon powder.

STEP 1.Crack open the eggs into the mixing bowl.

STEP 1.Add milk, vanilla extract, orange zest and melted butter to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.

STEP 1.Butter the inside of a square baking mould and layer the quartered bread slices on it.

STEP 1.Ladle in the egg and milk mixture and sprinkle dried cranberries on top of each bread layer.
