Corned Beef Brisket Recipe

Recipe By The Grove Bend Kitchen

Corned beef is a flavor and tender salt-brined cut of beef. Follow any of these three easy methods for making corned beef brisket either on the stovetop, instant pot, or slow cooker. After cooking the corned beef brisket is finished in the oven for 15 minutes just to brown it and give it a nice crust. Serve it with my irish colcannon (mashed potatoes & cabbage) and roasted baby carrots for a complete mouthwatering meal.
