• 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried sage, crumbled
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary, crushed
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme, crumbled

• 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup Chicken
• 1 Large egg, room temperature
