Choco banana flax muffin is a healthy muffin made of flax seeds and banana as main ingredients it’s full of nutrition as flaxseeds is a major contributor of omega 3 fatty acid (a healthy fat for brain functioning) and banana is full of fiber, vitamins, minerals these muffins can be stored for a week in refrigerator when you are in rush in the morning, cooking breakfast gets tough to manage (especially working bachelors)and all you want is a ready made food to eat and go these muffins are great option for them you can have them with a glass of milk or juice and stay light and nutritive in the morning though i stay at home but being busy in the kitchen work always is something i try to minimize hence i come up with quick cooking dishes but ensure it’s fulfilling and healthy too.
