Ingredients For Chilli Lasagne Recipe

• 2 Large onions peeled and chopped
• 6 Cloves garlic peeled and chopped/crushed
• 500 gram Lean minced beef
• 2 Red bell peppers chopped
• 375 milliliter Full bodied red wine
• 2 Beef stock cubes crumbled
• 3 tablespoon Honey
• 100 milliliter Boiling water
• 2 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 2 teaspoon Mixed herbs
• 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
• 4 teaspoon Cumin
• 3 teaspoon Ground ginger
• 2 teaspoon Hot chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Chipotle paste
• 1 Chopped fresh chilli more if you like it hotter
• 3 tablespoon Tomato puree/paste
• 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup/paste
• 400 milliliter 4 tins chopped tomatoes
• 20 gram Dark chocolate
• 400 gram 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 420 gram 1 can mixed beans, drained and rinsed
• 50 gram Butter salted or unsalted
• 2 tablespoon Plain/all purpose flour
• 250 milliliter Whole full fat milk
• pinch Pinch of salt and pepper
• pinch Pinch of nutmeg optional
• 150 gram Strong cheddar cheese, grated
• 5 Dried lasagne sheets
• Fresh coriander chopped
• Soured cream
• Fresh chillies sliced thinly
• Thinly sliced red onion
