• 1 potato, boiled and mashed
• 3 sprig curry leaves, finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon chilli powder
• 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 0.5 teaspoon pepper powder
• 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
• 2 tablespoon oil for saute
• bread crumbs for coating
• Oil for deep frying
