• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 0.75 teaspoon Sea salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil
• 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 1 Diced tomatoes
• 1 Tomato sauce
• 1 cup Low sodium chicken or beef broth
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup Frozen corn
• Cheddar cheese, sour cream, chips and diced avocado for toppings
