One of our favorite foods has got to be pizza. I always keep a can or two of pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust in case of mid-week dinner emergencies, when i am running out of time or whenever we feel like a tasty pizza for dinner. This time, i put my thinking cap on, used some leftover shredded chicken and tomatoes and created these amazing chicken taco melts. With the help of taco seasoning and some cheddar cheese, dinner was served on time. My family was pleasantly surprised and asked for seconds
