Chicken and apricot tagine Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

It's an north african slow cooked stew dish. There are many ways and different ingredients used to make a tagine. Today i have used chicken and apricot along with the ready to use sprig tangier spice blend. The spice blend is an absolute medley of flavours, it enhances and makes the stew more flavorful. No other extra spices are required for flavoring.
