STEP 1.Take rice flour in a bowl and add salt to it.
STEP 2.To make the paste smooth, add water..
STEP 3.Brush oil on a tawa
STEP 4.Take the batter, spread a thin layer of it in the tawa and let it cook for sometime.
STEP 5.Flip it and let the other side cook.
