Chatpata puffed quinoa (churmuri) Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Churmuri or sukhi bhel is a crunchy, spicy and tangy snack made with puffed rice. I got a packet of puffed quinoa from abroad and i gave it a try using that instead. It is a popular street food of india and is usually served in paper cones. In kolkata it is called jhal muri and they use mustard oil for seasoning.
