Directions : Catfish Pepper Soup Recipe

STEP 1.Wash and clean catfish

STEP 2.Cut them into slices

STEP 3.Blend onion,garlic,habanero pepper and make a paste

STEP 4.Add oil in a cooking pot & heat it. Add half the grated ginger in the pot and saute it.

STEP 5.Now add ground paste and fry it for a minute. Then add catfish , salt , seasoning powder and crayfish.

STEP 6.Mix all the ingredients cover and cook it at low flame for a minute. Now add 5 cups of water followed by pepper spice soup.

STEP 7.Cover and cook for about 7-10 mins. Add remaining ginger along with green and red bell peppers.

STEP 8.Lastly add basil leaves mix well and cook it for another minute with lid on.
