Recipe By Better Butter

Broccoli is italian origin and dhabeli is originated in gujarat, india. Its again a fusion of india and europe. One such quick healthy snack for my quests of all age is broccoli dhabeli. Dhabeli twist with broccoli. The broccoli and spicy potato mixture with different chutneys, sev, peanuts and pomegranate seeds fulfills my taste buds completely. This mixture is sandwiched between butter toasted pav topped with sweet tamarind date chutney, mint chutney. They all blend perfectly together to give you a bunch of flavours and textures in each bite – a party for your taste buds!.
