Directions : Bihon Guisado Recipe

STEP 1.1. Stir fry yellow onions in a wok for 30 seconds. Then add shrimp and cook till orange in colour.

STEP 2.Add sliced carrot and celery. Add mushrooms and bomboo shoots to cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 3.Add 1 tbsp of wine, fish sauce, curry powder, sliced pork and finally bee hon. Make sure you mix all the ingredients evenly.

STEP 4.Add green onions and bean sprouts at the end. Cook for 5 minutes and let the sauces be absorbed.

STEP 5.Serve on a plate with cilantro.
