Bharyal mean stuffed, basar means onions, it's cooked in sao(green) masalo, this recipe was a summer special at my grandmas house, since nobody wanted to spend lot of time in the kitchen the dishes were stuffed vegetables with dal, sai bhaji or kadhi, and a lot of cut mangoes i have an aunt who's fabulous cook. This is my chandra aunty special.
