Bharwa bhindi masala is a dish in which bhindi is filled with the roasted spices. The name itself get juices flowing in the mouth. This dry, shallow fried, spicy masala filled bhindi has a heavenly experience in every bite. You can prepare this dish during the special occasions and festivals like diwali and durga puja. Bhindi or okra has a mild taste that makes it well-suited for strong-flavored masala dishes. Bharwa bhindi or stuffed bhindi is an excellent example of this. Bharwa bhindi masala can be served with raita as a complete vegetarian meal or offered as a side dish. Making bhindi masala or bharwa bhindi requires some extra time and efforts. But all is worth when you get positive comments from your family members. To prepare this bharwa bhindi masala firstly you clean the bhindi and make them dry. Then cut both the edges and cut them vertically, keeping the bhindi intact. Pull out the seeds and keep it in a bowl. Add sambar powder, roasted peanut powder, chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander and a few drops of oil to that bowl and mix them well. Now stuff this masala into the bhindi and put them in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. Then add a few drops of oil on the bhindi and again microwave it for 3-4 minutes until the bhindi starts changing its color. Now remove them from the microwave and deep fry in the oil. The bhindi will turn crisp and serve them hot.
