Along with home-roasted garlic, two kinds of meat, plus streaky bacon add fullness and a wonderful depth, while a hint of nutmeg brings a subtly sweet balance to the sauce. Finally, the chorizo crumb and shaved parmesan toppings complement the dish to leave you wanting more, with a delightful fragrant after-tone.
