2 Large onions-minced
0.25 cup Garlic ginger paste -recipe link below

10 Whole green cardamom pods
2 inch Stick cinnamon bark
2 Bay leaves
The spice mix -below
5 tablespoon Full fat greek yoghurt
2 cup Water
teaspoon Kosher salt -this is to taste. start with about a big and up it from there
10 Cherry tomatoes -halved
1 tablespoon Cumin
2 teaspoon Coriander
2 teaspoon Indian spice mix -recipe link below
1 teaspoon Tandoori masala -available at any indian grocery
2 teaspoon Kashmiri mild chili powder -or 1/ cayenne with 1 1/ paprika
2 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Kasoor methi -dried fenugreek leaves
