Ingredients For Beef Brisket Chili Recipe

• 1 inch Fresh beef brisket , cut into 1/2 pieces
• 1 Large onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
• 2 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 pound Smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and sliced
• 1 Jar Salsa
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 2 can Chopped green chiles
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
• 1 teaspoon Celery salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.125 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1.5 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
• Optional: shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions
