• 270 milliliter Can coconut cream
• 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
• 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 2 teaspoon Sugar
• 200 gram Butternut pumpkin cut into 2cm long thin strips
• 1 bunch Asparagus, stalk trimmed and cut into 5cm lengths
