Basil pesto chicken with vegetables and herb brown rice Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Pesto chicken is baked chicken preparation with basil pesto being the main ingredient. I learnt this recipe from one of friends. This preparation involves marinating the chicken pieces with the pesto and few other condiments. Then it is baked with some tomatoes, other vegetables like asparagus or bell peppers. Generally parmesan cheese is used on the top, but i skipped it in my recipe because of my taste preferences. One may add it to the recipe.
