Barrymore Room Recipe

Recipe By Cocktail Party

Brad farrans barrymore room is a twist on the clover clubs namesake cocktail, rejiggered with a bourbon base instead of gin and strawberry in place of raspberry. Its a real winner: refreshing, juicy, fluffy, and eminently sippable. Muddled strawberry and egg white (or aquafaba) create a ridiculously smooth, velvety texture, while lime juice and bourbon (farran recommends elijah craig 12 year) cut through the sweetness and keep the drink grounded. Having trouble measuring out such a small portion of egg white? Try beating it a little first, before you pour it into your jigger or measuring cup.
