Banana flower pakoda is something one should try without fail. It's so simple like any other pakoda's but it has to be well treated before mixing with flours. Banana flower is cleaned well and dried on tissue paper. No extra moisture should not be present. Saute flower in little oil and let it cool for few minutes. Besan flour(gram flour) rice flour, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilli powder, asafoetida and salt to taste are added together with little water and fried in medium hot oil for few minutes. Tasty crispy banana flower pakoda is ready to consume.
