Soak gram dal, 1/2 rice and 1/2 urid dal over night or for abt 2-3 hr remove excess of water after its soaked n half grind it in a mixer now add 1 small finely chopped onion few curry leaves few coriander leaves few mint leaves all finely chopped green chillies paste as per your taste n 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients n bake them in an idly baker by greasing it with ghee or oil serve hot with ghee or mint leaves chutney.
