• 2 tablespoon Water or chicken broth from cooking the chicken
• 4 tablespoon Sambal oelek adjust the amount if you want it less or more spicy or use chili paste
• 4 Thai red chili remove stems
• 1 Small red onion peeled and quartered

• 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 3 tablespoon Galangal powder
• 2 Stalks lemongrass
