• 0.75 pound 93% lean ground turkey
• 4 teaspoon Olive oil, divided
• 4 Cloves garlic, sliced thin
• 10 ounce Brussels sprouts, weight after outer leaves and stems removed
• 1 Small onion, diced small
• 1 Carrot, peeled and diced small
• 1 stalk Celery , diced small
• 28 ounce Crushed tomatoes, i highly recommend tuttoroso
• 1 Bay leaf
• pinch Pinch crushed red pepper
• As required Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
• 1 pound Whole wheat pasta, or brown rice pasta for gluten free
