• 0.25 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
• 0.5 teaspoon Oyster sauce
• 1.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon Rice wine or dry sherry
• 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
• As required Freshly ground white pepper, to taste
• 2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 6 Iceberg lettuce leaves, rinsed
• 2 tablespoon Diced scallions
• 4 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
• 0.5 teaspoon Chili sauce, i used sriracha
• 1 tablespoon Warm water
