Gins botanical flavors are a wonderful match for fresh-pressed green apple juice, and the apple gin fizz is proof positive. It has a wonderfully fresh, tart flavor that isnt too sweet, topped by a cloudy meringue courtesy of the egg white (or aquafaba) and sparkling water. We found this recipe over at drink kings, and were not sure if its their creation or something they found elsewhere. Regardless, its worth mixing one up even with its mysterious heritage; its one of the best examples of a fresh-apple cocktail weve found so far.
