Directions : Anjeer Halwa Recipe

STEP 1.Heat the ghee in another pan, add the powdered almonds, mix well and cook on a medium flame. Stir.

STEP 2.Add the puréed figs, milk powder, sugar and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame and stir.

STEP 3.Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

STEP 4.Serve hot garnished with almond slivers.
