• 0.25 cup Spilt bengal gram
• 4 cup Water for pressure cooking the dals
• 5 Green chilies
• 3 tablespoon small onion, finely chopped, approx chopped onions
• 0.25 cup small tomato, chopped, approx chopped tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon Finely chopped ginger
• 2 tablespoon Finely chopped garlic
• 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder optional
• 2.5 tablespoon Butter or peanut oil or any vegetable oil
• 6 Mint leaves, chopped or whole or chiffonade for garnishing
