Aloo brinjal masaledaar (steamed with bakar) Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Being a maharashtrian i am fond of adding " bakar" to the vegetables. Bakar is made with grated coconut, dhania powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, chilli powder, turmeric, sesame seeds roasted, garlic chopped, green chilli chopped and garam masala. I have added roasted gram flour to this mixture.
