Keeping with that theme, wed like to introduce you to our newest creation: prosciutto bites. Think of this appetizer as a reverse pig in a blanket. We take bite-sized balls of premade pizza dough, wrap them with slices of salty prosciutto and coat them with parmesan cheese. Just bake, serve and await the compliments.
