Ombré Ice-Cream Cake Recipe

Recipe By PureWow

We need to discuss two very important things: ombr and ice-cream cake. First of all, ombr--that gradual shift in color from light to dark--isnt just a way to dye your hair. Next, ice-cream cake isnt something you should be afraid to make in your own kitchen. And when you put the two together, you get one gorgeous dessert thats super-easy to assemble. Just choose five ice creams in various shades (we went with raspberry, strawberry and vanilla for a decidedly pink effect, but you can choose any color scheme), get the ice cream a little melty and layer each in a pan to make a multicolored frozen masterpiece. Let the pinning begin.
