In the viral video which was viewed over 11 million times, TikTok user @whatsmomcookin (a.k.a. Carmen) slathers her bagels with cream cheese, sprinkles them with cinnamon and gives them up to the air fryer to work its magic. After about 5 minutes at high heat they emerge with a golden crust on the cream cheese and the cinnamon lightly toasted and Carmen drizzles it with honey before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- Cream cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Honey
Method
- Cut the bagel in half.
- Using a knife, spread cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
- Whisk together the sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle the mixture to cover each half of the bagel.
- Air fry the bagel at high heat for about five minutes.
- Once the bagel is finished cooking, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle honey each half with honey.
- Enjoy!
