Ingredients

1. 1 Cup Thick yoghurt

2. 4 tbsp Oil

3. 1 Onion paste

4. 1 tbsp Ginger Paste

5. 1 tbsp Garlic Paste

6. 4 tbsp Lemon Juice

7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric

8. 1 tsp Coriander Powder

9. 1 tsp Cumin Powder

10. 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder

11. 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder

12. Salt to taste 

13. Fresh Coriander for garnish

Method

1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together into a paste in a big basin.

2. The spices in powder are now added, and everything is blended uniformly.

3. Add the fish fillet to the marinade and coat both sides equally with your hands.

4. Place a lid on the marinated bowl and chill for one hour.

5. The fish should be skewered and topped with coriander.

6. For 10 to 15 minutes, cook.

7. Serve hot with green chutney.
