Chocolate Mousse

One of the easiest yet satisfying chocolate desserts is the mousse. To make the classic mousse, you can take some whipping cream and melted chocolate. You can choose from milk, dark, or white chocolate as per your preference. Now, all you need to do is blend them together till you get a consistent mixture. Next, refrigerate for a few hours till the mousse is set and enjoy!

Strawberry Bites

While strawberries covered with a layer of chocolate is a dessert in itself, this World Chocolate Day, you can try something new. You can make these bite-sized chocolate desserts with yoghurt, strawberry puree, and chocolates. Just blend some fresh strawberries with yoghurt, add melted chocolate, and pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. You can drizzle some chocolate sauce over your frozen strawberry bites to make thyme even better.

Dark Chocolate Brownies

Usually, brownies are made with milk chocolate, but dark chocolate offers a bold flavour with fewer calories. So, if you feel the regular brownies are a tad bit sweet for you, start making dark chocolate brownies. While the oven preheats, melt some butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler. Next, add powdered sugar and whisk in eggs. Stir well till you get a consistent mixture. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for about half an hour. Now, slice the brownies and enjoy the mouth-melting delicacies.

Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate pudding is rich and creamy but also a light dessert that would not hamper your appetite for the day. Plus, the best part about making a pudding is that it would just take you about twenty minutes to whip it up. All you need to do is whisk milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and let the mixture boil. Once the mixture is thickened, you can refrigerate till it sets and serve.

Lava Cake

Last but not least, lava cake. Before you think it’s going to take a lot of time, here’s all you need to do. First, collect the three ingredients – chocolate, eggs, and sugar. Now, whisk the egg and sugar together. Then, melt the chocolate and add it to the eggs. Pour the batter into moulds and bake for about ten minutes, and your gooey chocolate cake will be all yours.
