Kalimpong, an erstwhile Sikkimese Province that was ceded to the Kingdom of Bhutan, happens to be a much quiet little tourist hubs in North Bengal that sees many English-style bungalows as excellent homestay along with few tea estates has always been Darjeeling’s weaker cousin. Her Tiramisu story was captioned “Travelled the world only to find the best tiramisu in Kalimpong (heart eye emojis).” While the next story was captioned ‘best meal ever’ courtesy Neena’s Kitchen, a famous Kalimpong-based cloud kitchen.
