Put the cinnamon stick and water in a pot, then turn the heat up high and bring the mixture to a boil. After cutting off both ends of the banana, place it in the water that is boiling. You have the option of peeling the banana if that is more convenient for you. However, the peel contains a lot of healthy elements. After allowing it to boil for ten minutes, take the banana from the heat. Put a mesh strainer on top of your preferred cup, then pour the contents into the strainer. You can save aside the banana that has been boiled and use it later to make chia pudding or porridge. If you like honey, add some.
