  1. 2 bunch chopped, blanched,stem removed spinach
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1 bay leaf
  4. 1 1/2 inches cinnamon
  5. 1 black cardamom
  6. 3 clove
  7. 4 peppercorns
  8. 3/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  9. 2 medium chopped onion
  10. 1 1/2 inch chopped ginger
  11. 3 teaspoon refined flour
  12. salt as required
  13. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  14. 3 tablespoon refined oil

Method

  1. In a wok, heat refined oil to prepare this delicious dish. Add the cinnamon, black cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves, and black peppercorns after the oil is hot enough. Spices should be sautéed for about a minute also add seeds of cumin in the pan. Add chopped onions to the mixture once the cumin seeds begin to splutter, and cook the entire mixture for an additional two minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, fill the blender with blanched spinach and the necessary amount of water. To create a silky spinach puree, thoroughly blend the spinach.
  3. After adding the garlic and refined flour (maida) to the sautéed mixture, stir in the spinach puree. Using medium-high heat, bring the entire liquid to a boil. Salt, garam masala powder, and lemon juice should all be adjusted. Add fresh cream as a topping after straining the mixture. Present hot and fresh.
