Many folks from other nations were taken aback by this idea since, let's face it, we'd never heard of chicken salt before. In our meals and chips, we all use regular table salt or rock salt.It comes as no surprise that adding chicken salt to a dish enhances the flavour.

It is made using the chicken skin that has been roasted and dried, then blended with dehydrated mushroom powder. Other seasonings and spices, such as sea salt, chilli powder, white pepper, onion, and garlic powder, are then added to the mix to improve the flavour. Although this salt is regularly offered in jars in Australian stores, some people prefer to prepare it at home.

Given the growing number of vegans, producers began manufacturing a vegan option by substituting chicken flavouring for actual dry chicken flakes. However, the chicken remains in the original recipe.

You may simply make your own jar of chicken salt at home, even if you can't find it in Indian markets right now.

Ingredients:

    Table salt, 6 tbsp

    4 tbsp stock (chicken)

    2 tablespoon of garlic powder

    3 tablespoons paprika

    1 teaspoon of white pepper

    1 teaspoon powdered onion

Use an electric blender to combine these items and season everything from chips to gravies to roasted foods. It's also quite simple to prepare and store. Make sure to always store in an air-tight container.
