Sonam Kapoor is much more than a popular Bollywood actress. Apart from starring in some of the hit Hindi films, she is also someone who focuses greatly on balancing her diet with a healthy lifestyle, and she is a fitness enthusiast. Even though she often shares glimpses of what she eats with her Instagram followers, her recent reel is much different.

In Sonam Kapoor’s recent Instagram reel, she reveals what she typically eats in a day. The video opens with Sonam Kapoor stepping into the kitchen at 6 AM, introducing the viewers to her chef, and chopping up some lemons. Starting her day with a freshly prepared glass of lemon water, the actor then makes a collagen chocolate coffee using oat milk, saying, “The one indulgence that I have.”

At 6:45 AM, the video captures a shot of Sonam Kapoor peeling the skin of soaked almonds. She tells the viewers that this is how she likes to start her morning every day with soaked almonds and Brazil nuts while nodding a big no when she is asked about having shots of apple cider vinegar.

Next, at 9:45 AM, she eats her breakfast, typically eggs and toast, while taking her meetings. The following part of the video jumps to 1:45 PM with her chef preparing lunch. Sonam Kapoor then slurps delicious-looking chicken Arrabiata pasta. On the lunch table, you can also spot a bowl of green veggies next to her plate of pasta.

In the evening, Sonam Kapoor recharges herself while sipping a hot beverage at 4 PM. Then, she has chicken on toast at 5:15 PM with her husband, Anand Ahuja. Sonam Kapoor also points the camera at coconut yoghurt and bowls of berries – strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Finally, at 7 PM, the Bollywood celebrity is handed a hot bottle of soup to have while going places.

Sonam Kapoor has also mentioned that she needs to have “At least 3 - 4 litres of water a day!
