What Is Chocolate Gazpacho?

Chocolate Gazpacho is nothing but a reimagined extension of the Spanish cold soup, Gazpacho. You might also call it cold chocolate soup. Thanks to its chilled profile, it is just perfect for summer. The Spanish summer classic is usually made with dark chocolate or cocoa powder, along with seasonal fruits, dry fruits, and nights. For a healthier version, people also blend in ingredients like garlic, peppers, and other vegetables that balance the earthy flavours of cocoa powder.
