  • 1 cup strawberry
  • ½ cup raspberries 
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 banana  
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • For garnish: chia seeds, almonds, and berries

Method 

  • Combine the above ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour the smoothie base into two wide bowls, then top with your choice of toppings, like chia seeds, fresh berries, and almonds.

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries 
  • 1 cup of frozen bananas 
  • 1 cup of almond milk

Method

  • 2 cups of frozen mango chunks 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

For toppings 

  • 1/4 cup coconut granola 
  • 2 tablespoons of flaked coconut

Method
