It’s a delicious Punjabi dish that comes with a crispy twist. Stuffed with a mix of flavourful spices, this recipe is a super quick and easy one wherein spices such as ginger garlic paste, turmeric, amchoor, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, and cumin powder come together. Chopped bhindi is added to hot mustard oil and cooked with the spices until crispy. Take a look at the recipe video by Slurrp:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp amchur powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt, to taste
1 tsp mustard oil
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Method:
. Take all the spices together in a bowl and mix well.
. Lace the bhindi with the spices, and add the bhindi in hot mustard oil, along with the leftover spices, and cook well.
. Carefully mix it so the spices don’t spill.
. Serve hot with roti, naan, or chapati.
