Ingredients:
Milk (750ml)
Sweet Bun (2)
Cardamom (4-5 crushed)
Ghee (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp for roasting nuts)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Nuts of your choice
Method:
In a wok, pour some milk. Add crushed cardamom to the milk.
Once the milk starts boiling, take two buns and immerse the buns in to the milk. Once immersed cut them into pieces using a wooden spatula.
Mash them till they reach the form shown in the video. Add sugar and cook till it melts. When colour changes add some ghee.
Cook till ghee absorbs. In a smaller wok, roast some nuts in ghee. Add the roasted nuts to the halwa.
Cook till halwa separates from the pan and serve hot.
