I love hosting Diwali parties and I love when people applaud my hatke dishes. This year also, I have some party starters sorted for my Diwali party. Stuffed Mushroom
Ingredients
- 1 cup button mushroom
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp pizza-paste sauce
- Handful of basil leaves
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Take button mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.
- Take off their stems one by one and chop them.
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Add chopped stems of mushroom and sauté well.
- Add some pizza-paste sauce to it and mix.
- Add basil leaves and salt.
- Turn off the flame and stuff the mixture into stemless mushrooms.
- Add a good amount of mozzarella cheese over the
- Heat another pan and brush it with a little oil.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on the pan and cover the lid.
- Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- And it is ready!!
Dahi Kebab
- 3 cups hung curd
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 3 tbsp onion (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 ginger (chopped)
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
- 3 tbsp besan (roasted)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Take a large bowl and add hung curd.
- Add paneer, ginger, onion, and green chilies to the bowl. Mix well.
- Now, add garam masala, jeera powder, pepper powder, and salt as per taste.
- Then, add coriander and whisk well. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Then, add roasted besan and mix well.
- When done, give them the desired shape.
- Roll them over the breadcrumbs and let them freeze for an hour.
- Heat a pan and add oil for frying.
- Fry the kebabs on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
- When done, remove excess oil from the kebabs.
- Serve with green chutney and serve.
Paneer Bombs
Ingredients
- ½ paneer (in cubes)
- ½ noodles (boiled)
- ½ cup coriander
- Handful of mint leaves
- 3 green chilies
- 4 spinach leaves
- ½ ginger (chopped)
- ½ lemon’s juice
- ½ cup corn flour
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Take a blender and add coriander, mint leaves, chilies, spinach leaves, ginger, lemon juice, and salt.
- Grind them and form a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste to a bowl.
- Add paneer cubes to the paste and marinate them.
- Then, coat the marinated paneer cubes with corn flour.
- Wrap them with the boiled noodles. (Wrap them from all sides).
- Heat a pan and add oil for frying.
- Fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown.
- Serve with green chutney!!
