In the video, the blogger can be seen talking to a chef. The chef’s name is Naresh, and he owns an eatery called Aggarwal Vaishno Dhaba in the city of Jalandhar. This place offers a variety of Punjabi delicacies at a very reasonable price. Chef Naresh reveals that he has spent more than 35 years in the United States and returned to his home country in 2012. He bought the restaurant in 2013, and since then, he has been feeding his customers some delicious Punjabi dishes.

Chef Naresh says that before coming back to India, he used to own ten restaurants in the United States, of which three are still in his possession. Dal makhani, Rawalpindi chole, kadai paneer, chana masala, kadhi pakora, and malai kofta are some of the signature dishes of Aggarwal Vaishno Dhaba. Chef Naresh also mentions that it takes around five to six hours to prepare the variety of dals they serve, and all of them are cooked under the guidance of a special member of the dhaba who has been cooking the dal for twenty-eight years.

The blogger also enjoyed a Punjabi thali in the dhaba that featured dal makhani, shahi paneer, mixed vegetables, pulao, boondi raita, tawa roti, and salad. The video was uploaded by the account @Harry Uppal on YouTube and has more than 40k views. Aggarwal Vaishno Dhaba is on Vasant Vihar Road, in Jalandhar, and is very famous among the locals. The timings are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. So, if you happen to be in the city right now, visit this place and tell us how the food was.
