Coffee is one beverage that enjoys a massive popularity across the world. After all, there is no better feeling than curling up in bed with a book, a cup of coffee and a warm blanket at the end of a long, tiring day, especially in the winter season. Be it it a frothy cappuccino, a soul-soothing latte, a bittersweet mocha, or chilled cold coffee, there's something for all kinds of coffee lovers. And no matter if it’s your morning cuppa to boost energy or a casual evening one to soothe your mind, coffee is a delight that can transport us to another world and awakens our senses. And let’s just agree that while there are many different types of coffee all across the world, a simple frothed milk coffee is one of the most comforting one. No wonder there are so many street-side coffee vendors brewing some.
And while on your way to work, you might’ve seen many such vendors dishing out delicious, aromatic cups of coffee, have you ever seen one making coffee in a pressure cooker?! Well, we have across one. Recently, a video of a street vendor making hot coffee went viral and his milk frothing technique is sure to impress you.
Uploaded on Instagram by a user with an Instagram handle name ‘eatthisagra’, a street-side coffee maker can be seen selling some delicious cups of coffee on his cycle. In the video, the old man is seen first adding milk, coffee and sugar in a steel jar to mix them well. Then he takes up the jar near his makeshift frother to create foam. The makeshift frother is what impressed us the most. It has a pressure-controlled pipe attached to the cooker, which helps him build foam instantly. Isn’t that amazing? To finish off, he sprinkles some coffee from the top and serves the coffee. The blogger mentioned in the caption that the coffee vendor is in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Take a look at the video here:
