In the video, first, the chef melts tons of chocolate in a tray. Once the chocolate is set, he gives it an elongated horn-like shape, which is then then attached this to a circular chocolate base. For more realistic touch, the chef also adds chocolate 'bubbles' on the base to make it look like the smoke from the rocket. He then paints the entire structure with white edible paint. Lastly, he prepares the rocket using different techniques and measurements, taken with utmost precision. Once everything is ready, he adds the required colours and assembles the structure.
